Coupon code redemption
We respect your privacy. Email addresses collected through our coupon redemption system will only be used to deliver requested coupon codes and for communications directly related to those coupon codes, including verification, redemption, or resolving issues with your coupon.
Your email address will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes or sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
When you pick up a coupon code we record your back number, the code you were given, the first and last name you enter, the date and time, and your email address if you ask for the code to be emailed to you. Giving an email address is optional; the code is shown on screen either way.
If you use the “my number is not showing up” form, we keep what you enter there so we can look into it and reply to you.
To stop people guessing at back numbers that are not theirs, the system counts how many attempts come from one internet connection. It stores a scrambled version of that connection's address, not the address itself, and clears it within a day.
Pickup records are kept as our record of who collected which code, so we can help if a code is lost or queried later. Sent emails are cleared from our logs after six months.
